The engine output covers a range from 266 hpto 420 hp.The engine has more reasonable power classification, wider coverage, strongerpower, lower fuel consumption,and its emission has completely reached Euro II standard.Throughurther upgrading the emission can reach EuroIII level .Following are the main technicalfeat ures:1Optimized air intake and exhaust system: The air intake and exhaust system improved byapplication of unique designing scheme. Air intake and exhaust are more fluent, with lessresistance and higher efficiency duration of engine has been greatly increased, and fuelconsumption reduced comprehensively.Especially, the structure of air intake system ensuresthat rain cannot enter into air intake pipe, the problem that water enters into engine, that hasalso troubled other manufacturers in China for many years has been solved at the mostextent. The multi-staged air cleaner is adopted to make air cleaner.2High reliability: The reliability of engine has been increased greatly and the overhaul mileage of engine has been prolonged by using key parts and compon ents imported from entsimported from famous parts & components companies worldwide and through reinforcingand improving the important load-bearing positions of engine.3By fitting advanced fuel water separator and primary filter in fuel system, the quality of fuelsupply to engine has been greatly improved.4High performance and low fuel consumption: The engine offers high torque at low speed,the maximum torque range is widened, torque reserve coefficient is enlarged, gradeability isincreased. With low revolution speed and full combustion the economical fuel consumptionrange is wider. After optimized matching, the fuel consumption of the truck greatly hasdeclined. Under testing condition the fuel consumption accounts for less than 30 liters per100 km, it reaches the best matching level in China.5Tipper engine: considering feature of tipper engine working often in low speed condition theperformance of turbocharger has been improved by adopting worldwide advanced technol-ogies, the engine fuel consumption in normal working condition of tipper has declined andthe operating costs for users have been really reduced.
